  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Delays in shipping within the expected delivery window (7–21 business days)

Please ensure all order details, including size, team, and design, are correct before confirming your purchase.

2. Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the order
  • You provide photo proof clearly showing the issue

We will review your request and, once approved, provide instructions for returning the item. The replacement will be sent after we receive and inspect the returned product.

3. Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are not covered under our standard exchange policy. However, if you wish to exchange an item for a different size:

  • You may request a size exchange
  • Additional shipping and handling charges will apply
  • Our support team will guide you through the process

4. Late or Missing Orders

Orders are delivered within 7 to 21 business days. If your order has not arrived after 21 days, please contact our team for assistance.

  • No claims will be accepted after 21 days if the delay was not reported to us within that timeframe.
